Our Itinerary
Book Lima Gastronomic Tour – Experience Authentic Peruvian Flavor
- Market – Preparation of Ceviche and Pisco Sour – Lunch
- We start with the pick up from the hotel between 9:00 to 9:30AM. With the tourist transport.
- Then we will go to a traditional market, where our gastronomic adventure will begin.
- There, find a variety of products from the regions of Peru, and taste some fruits such as custard apple, lucuma, aguaymanto, pacay and among others.
- On this occasion we will see the great variety of fresh seafood, fish and shellfish, which are considered among the best in the world.
- During the visit, the guide will explain each of the products, their use, properties and place of origin.
- Then we will visit one of the exclusive restaurants chosen for this experience.
- Our choice of restaurant is according to the category of service in direct coordination with our clients.
- Our visit to the restaurant will begin with a cooking class, how to prepare Peruvian flag cocktails, such as pisco sour.
- Then, the Peruvian flag dish, the ceviche, to delight your special palates.
- You will also have opportunities to taste different varieties of the famous fish and other traditional dishes that are considered representative of Peruvian cuisine.
- Then, we will continue with some traditional desserts.
- End of tour at approximately 1PM
