Ausangate 7 Lagoons Tour | A Breathtaking Andean Experience

• This excursion starts with the pick up from the hotel between 4 to 4:30 AM. With the tourist mobility, we will travel to Pacchanta for 3 hours and a half.
• We will arrive at the community of Pacchanta at 4200 m.a.s.l. (13780 ft.), where we will have breakfast to start the hike.
• With the proper information from our professional guide, we will start the trek to the 7 lakes.
• The trekking distance is 10 kilometers round trip with a duration of 5 to 6 hours.
• Horses are also available for rent at an additional cost of (USD $ 30.00).
• The hike is moderately uphill to the first part of the lagoon at 4650 m.a.s.l. (15256 ft.), which is the highest point of the excursion.
• The visit consists of seeing the lakes in a sequential order as mentioned above, respectively with their Quechua names.
• There are viewpoints for photographs and ample time to enjoy the beauty of the place.
• The return time is flat and down to the community of Pacchanta for lunch.
• After enjoying a nice lunch, we will have some time to enjoy the thermal-medicinal baths.
• Then, the return trip to Cusco will take more than 3 hours. Arrival time will be around 6:00 to 7:00 PM approximately.
